Draft terms. Have these reviewed by your lawyer before launch.

1. Who can use Easyqck Barter

Registered Indian businesses and brands. You must give true details about your business, including GST or licence numbers where asked. We may verify, refuse or suspend any account.

2. Partnerships

Deals are agreements between the two brands. Each brand is responsible for delivering what it agreed, for its own products, quality, pricing, delivery, returns and legal compliance (including FSSAI and labelling rules).

3. Tracking

Tracking codes, scans and order counts are provided to help measure results. Orders you enter must be real. Fake scans, fake orders or misuse of codes may lead to suspension.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and include GST. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires.

5. Content

You keep ownership of your logos, photos and text, and allow us to show them to other brands and on campaign pages you approve. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

6. Liability

The platform connects brands and provides tools. We are not responsible for losses from a partner brand's actions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
