Privacy policy

Draft policy written to match how the platform works. Have it reviewed for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 before launch.

What we collect

Brand accounts: business details, names, emails and mobile numbers of team members. Visitors who scan a code: a one-way coded fingerprint of the device (not the raw IP address), device type and time. Customers who fill a form: name, mobile and city, only with their consent, shared only with the brand they asked to contact them.

How we use it

To run accounts, match brands, measure campaigns, prevent fraud and send service messages. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Passwords are stored as strong one-way hashes. Connections use HTTPS. Access to data is limited by role and every admin action is logged.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your data through Support. Customers can ask the brand they contacted, or us, to delete their details.
