This Partner Policy applies to all service providers (“Partner”, “you”) who join EasyQck to promote offers and redeem coupons.

1. Eligibility

• Partners must provide accurate business details and maintain valid regulatory licenses where applicable.
• You are responsible for ensuring your services or products match the description in your offers.

2. Coupons & Redemptions

• Partners must honor all valid, unexpired, unused coupons issued through EasyQck.
• Redemption should follow the specific terms attached to each offer.
• EasyQck is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction due to Partner’s service quality, availability, or schedule changes.

3. Misuse & Fraud

• Partners must verify coupon validity via the EasyQck dashboard before redemption.
• In case of fraud, duplicate use, or misuse, EasyQck is not liable for any resulting dispute or financial loss.

4. Service Standards

• Partners are expected to provide professional service and treat customers fairly and respectfully.
• Cancellations or unavailability should be updated promptly in your EasyQck profile.

5. Termination

• EasyQck may suspend or terminate a Partner’s account if found violating this policy or laws.
