Brand Policy

This Brand Policy governs participation of brands (“Brand”, “you”) on the EasyQck platform (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating or maintaining a brand account, launching offers, or distributing coupons through EasyQck, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • The Brand represents it is duly authorized to run promotions and provide the goods/services associated with each offer.
  • The Brand is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of profile details, contact information, and regulatory identifiers (e.g., GST if applicable).

2. Offers & Coupons

  • Each offer must clearly state eligibility, inclusions/exclusions, validity dates, locations, and any minimum spend or other conditions.
  • Coupons must correspond to an approved, active offer; any material change requires updating the offer terms before issuing additional coupons.
  • Redemption is subject to offer validity and the Brand’s service availability at the specified location(s).

3. Customer Coupons & Redemption

  • Non-claimed coupons: If a customer does not claim or redeem a coupon within its validity period, EasyQck is not responsible for any loss, refund, or extension.
  • Misuse/abuse: In the event of coupon misuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing, EasyQck is not responsible for any resulting loss or dispute. The Brand may refuse redemption per the stated terms and local laws.
  • The Brand should verify coupon status (active, unexpired, unused) via the EasyQck dashboard before honoring it.

4. Branding & Content

  • The Brand grants EasyQck a non-exclusive right to display its name, logo, and offer details for discovery and promotion on the platform.
  • The Brand warrants that provided logos, images, and descriptions do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Service Standards

  • Brands must honor valid coupons in accordance with posted offer terms and provide reasonable customer service during business hours.
  • Any schedule changes, closures, or stock-outs impacting redemptions should be promptly reflected in the Brand’s profile/offers.

6. Compliance & Prohibited Conduct

  • Brands must comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising, and data protection rules.
  • Misleading claims, bait promotions, unlawful surcharges, and discriminatory practices are strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyQck disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from offers or coupons.
  • Except where prohibited, EasyQck’s aggregate liability relating to a Brand’s use of the platform shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by the Brand to EasyQck for the specific claim period.

8. Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or remove offers and/or Brand profiles that violate this policy or applicable law.
  • Either party may terminate the relationship by written notice, subject to honoring already-issued valid coupons per applicable terms.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Brand Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
